08/19/2014 An Interested Visitor Writes: My 82 mother was admitted to the Willows (3) weeks ago. Since that time, she has become more debilitated. She also had a UTI on week 2, (which she does NOT have a history of) and on week three she became very dehydrated. (to the point she required IV fluids back at Bellevue ER. She was drinking, was just not able to reach the fluids from her wheel chair. This maybe a wonderful looking facility, but if Nursing care is not as great for your family member, find another Nursing Home that is more about the care of patient, then what facility looks like. Back to old saying "cant judge a book by its cover"

09/18/2011 An Interested Visitor Writes: Was very disappointed with this facility. The admissions department was awful. The first time we call was in the evening. We were allowed to tour the facility at that time and it looked nice. They said they had a couple of open beds. The next day when i called admissions there was a bit of a run around and then i was told there was nothing available. I tried again a couple days following and Andrea didn't even bother to return my phone calls. It may look nice, but if the staff is not professional then that really says a lot.
