I highly recommend staying away from Montgomery Care Center facility. When I am in town every 2-3 months, I visit my Uncle in long-term care. The majority of the nurses and just about all of the part-time nurse aids are disrespectful and could care less about what they do. It’s clear that they are not being held accountable from management. They use profanity, raise their voices, and take their time. I stayed late one night, and witnessed a nurse aid sleeping in the lobby while 2 rooms had their help light on for over 20 minutes. While the service is poor, the facility needs a huge renovation. They make it look nice on the outside, but the inside is completely outdated and desperately needs an update.

I think the bad reviews listed on here are from staff members that were fired when they needed to be. As a family member I think the care has been excellent!! The staff members are very friendly and are always smiling and not in that fake, because my daughter is here way. The nurses and aides are friendly with all the patient's even the ones that don't have families to visit them. There have been a few bad eggs, but concerns were addressed immediately by management and I was treated with respect and really listened to. I do not see those employees here anymore, and that is the best for the facility! If you want to trust a review from an upset employee that I assume was fired, that is your decision. I would much rather trust a family member with their loved one in this facility when making the decision of where to place my mother. As a family member I can tell you that I would not want my mother in any other facility except this one.

I am a current Employee at Montgomery Care Center. I have worked at very few other facilities. I wouldn't trade MCC for anything else. The Staff, Management, and Department Heads are very friendly, and helpful. They make the staff feel appreciated and I Love working there. I am so glad to be apart of the Montgomery Care Team and would recommend this facility to anyone. The New Activity Director is very outgoing and great with the Residents, Family, and Staff. So glad she joined our Team. The Administrator is definitely a Lead by example and has an open door policy which I have used at times and it was very appreciative and helpful. I cant wait to see what the future brings.

I would like for someone to explain how can a facility with 3 or less stna and 2 or less nurse run a 102 bed facility? This place is always short staff I was a former employee I would like to always tell people please do not bring your loved one here. At one point they hired a nurse then rehired her and she was giving residents more meds then they should of had to the point she could of killed someone. Residents have died in their care I really do not know how they are still opened. State needs to show up at night or on weekend that's the best days to see how this place really is. Head administrator is very rude she doesn't even speak unless spoken to. I never seen a place where a person name Charlie can not pass his test to be a RN keep failing but worked on a former employee DON license. This place is a fruad if anybody can forward this place to state please do so thanks

The state needs to shut down this place down .it is the most unclean facility and uncaring management. The housekeeping manager is so disrespectful to the residents and doesent care about keeping this place clean .i sure hope this person is no longer emplyoyed there. She is a short black lady cat remember her name tho. Its been about 5urs ago. I dont c how people can put their loved one here cause this place should give people bad vibes before u even enter in SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP!!!!......????????

Response: I totally agree I use to be a former employee so trust me I was behind the scenes when things would go down. Management needs to be removed the head administrator doesn't even speak to employees unless she once to like her employees are trash. When state comes management finally gets off their @#$% people have also died in their care. I do not understand how this place is still opened they always run short staff because they cannot keep employees. Please explain how two or less stna and 2 nurses can take care of a 102 bes facility? This place is a joke seriously

This place gave extremely poor care to my father. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We moved my father and he shows signs of fear from the way he was treated at Montgomery Care Center. I don't know how they acquired any star ratings. This place needs to be investigated!! I only gave one star because I had to so this post would show up.

Response: Please contact me my mom received less than stellar care there also she passed in their care 513-503-3771 c.smith

Response: Montgomery Care Center is the absolute worse nursing home to place anyone you hold dear to your heart. Management is unprofessional, and the facility is less then clean. The list goes on and on. I CAN NOT believe their doors are still open. I do plan to contact the authorities because an investigation needs to ne done, and management fired as well. PLEASE KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES SAFE, and do not place them in this facility. GFogle
