I was privileged to have a two-week physical therapy stay at Falls Village Nursing Home. I owe my good health today to the skilled, dedicated care I received during my stay. The staff was very attentative to all my needs and made sure I was comfortable. MM

Nurses, aides, therapists, and cleaning personnel were wonderful. But, administration knew how the insurance worked and based care on that.

My mother was here when she hurt her hip and leg. The facility didn't have her medicine correct, even though she was transferred from St. Thomas hospital. I found out by accident that she wasn't getting her insulin! My mother could have died because of their negligence.
The food is absolute slop, I took my moms food in to her the entire time she was there. The "nursing" staff are lazy and unconcerned, and very slow to answer a call. I continually asked to be informed when the doctor had seen my mother and updated on her treatment plan, but I received no calls. I finally had to go to the nursing director myself. Just a horrible place, if you care about your loved on, do NOT place them at Falls Village.

Response: AMEN!!

The Assistants were rude to family members, the nurses sat at computers and ate when lights outside rooms were flashing. Cell phones were always ringing and assistants could be seen sitting and watching television in patients rooms while they slept. It always seemed like an inconvenience to any nurse or assistant if my father needed care. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone.
