Agree with the person who said the place is terrible. New executive director that doesn't know how to run the place as she only got promoted. There cutting back on staff and getting rid of the workers that are great that were there got a long time. The building is always cold in the winter. There maintenance director can talk a lot but you never seen him do any work my windows that cold air coming in him merrily recommendation is to put plastic on them. You think if I'm paying $2100 a month in rent they could afford new windows.

Response: This place is terrible as far as patient care especially in the memory care unit. I would not ever place another individual in this facility. They make it look all pretty on the outside but there do not have enough staff to take care of the individuals that pay them a fortune for care.
