This is a beautiful facility, and the direct care aides do a reasonably good job, considering that each aide has 16 individuals to care for on their shift. This means that for an entire 8 hour shift an aide has a total of 16 minutes per patient, after they take their scheduled breaks and lunch. ALERT: Please be aware that the nursing staff in this facility DOES NOT CARE about patients. I can't say they are incompetent, because they do so little I could not determine if it was incompetence, or a complete lack of administrative oversight. Perhaps the incompetence should be attributed to the facility administration. Without a doubt, this is the WORST run facility I have ever encountered, and I have worked in the human services field since 1980. PLEASE if you care even a little bit about your loved one, DO NOT CHOSE THIS FACILITY for services. If you do, I will guarantee that you will be coming back to this website to write your own review. Thankfully, we have moved our family member out of this facility...and it was not easy to gain the cooperation of the Country Club staff, to accomplish this move. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Serious staffing issues. Call lights get left on for a long time. Staff declines helping residents if they're too far skilled. It's unacceptable. State needs to review this place. A woman fell and broke her bones and nobody reports it or says one word until the next day? Sick. Got my loved ones elsewhere.
