The Vineyards should have been a blessing for small town Frankfort, Ohio but think before putting a loved one in this facility. I speak from experience. The management only sees $$$$$.

The Vineyards is a family-oriented place. My mother received excellent care and the staff is friendly and helpful. There were no "smells" and Mom said the food was good. It looks like a real home not a nursing home. But it was the people that made a difference. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone.

The Vineyards is a wonderful place to work, I have been there for over a year now and I love it there. The owners are great people to work for. The residents are very well taken care of.

We are really disappointed in the care received at Vineyards. A new place and couldn't wait till we got my Mom out of there. Sad to see the way this place takes care of residents. No activities, just put in front of tv. Meals were cold. Rooms really need a good cleaning (not just surface, but a good cleaning) The management smoke in the offices, but those poor gentlemen had to go outside.

Response: I also was disappointed with the care and disrespect my Father received from the management. Nurses and aides were great. I am amazed that the owners were able to secure the caliber of workers given their (owners) inability to respect the families of the residents.
