This information is so far out of date that it is criminal. Even name has been changed for almost two years. Facility is now called Geneva Shores and is in the process of killing off hard working staff with inhumane treatment and erratic hours insufficient to have a mediocre standard of living.

Response: Amen. Geneva shores has gone through so many administrators in a very short time. The corporate owners have no idea what they are doing. Get rid of good people and keep the bad, no raises and they don't pay their bills but expect families to pay their bills on time. The staff is miserable. Miserable staff means miserable patients. They fire people then give other people extra duties rather than hiring.

Response: This information is entirely out of date and out of synch with the actual conditions here. I had spent a long time with my mother being a resident and moved her because of the totally insufficient staffing supplied by the administration. Consider the first comment above from 12/13. Also consider the number of administrative seats compared to the "on-the-floor staff" on any given day. Consider the type of activities in reality, not by the number of hours that are easily doctored by manipulation of data! This could be a great facility again but not until another service company takes them over.
