This place is deplorable. My loved one suffered from neglect and eventually death due to a misdiagnosis. When the funds run out so does the care. I have seen recent reviews for this place that are favorable and all I can say is that these people must not have visited very often. I was there every day and saw exactly what goes on there. The place may be clean and you will be met with phony smiles and concern. Believe this. They are insincere and are only concerned with how you will pay for the care.I have filed a complaint with the ombudsman and I'm reasonably sure that I'm not the only one. I don't recommend this place for anyone you actually love.

Response: I know an aide that works nights. She has been known to abuse them by hitting and or yelling and cursing at them. Should not be working with the elderly.

Although a few staff members were nice and treated my grandfather well, the overall experience was unpleasant to say the least. His personal belongings were not respected nor was he.When swallowing became difficult they gave him an additive called thick it. The doctor there is a joke. He had pneumonia and remained undiagnosed until he finally succumbed to the fluid in his lungs. Family was not notified of his decline nor of his death. This place is deplorable and I wouldn't leave my dog there let alone a loved one.

Blossom Hill recently cared for my mother and they certainly did exceed my expectations. The staff were so attentive and caring. They always had time to answer my questions and took very good care of my mother. We were so nervous, but they treated us just like family. Mom is home and doing well thanks to the staff at Blossom Hill.

Blossom Hill has incredible staff who certainly go above and beyond in caring for the people who stay there. Whenever I visit my father he is well cared for. The nursing home is clean, the staff are wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone. The activity staff and social worker are wonderful too. Great job Blossom Hill.
