My ex-husband is transported here from a Columbus Hospital. He gets to Heartland about 4:00 pm. No assessment, blood sugar test or meds were given to him when I left at 9:30. No wheelchair was given to him until one was demanded. He was told he would get one tomorrow morning. This is a stroke victim that lost his complete right side. He is unable to even get out of bed without help. They brought the wheelchair in and left. This place sucks.
