My mother has fallen many times and has suffered numerous bruises and cuts. Seems like no big deal. She has been left alone when she has fallen. She has also lost a lot of weight becasue I suspect they are not helping her eat. The worse thing I have ever had to do was put her in this facility. And to is suppose the best in the area.

Response: yes I agree they lose cloths & don't disspence meds daw which causes withdrawl spoke with doctor head of nursing no results

I am a daughter of a resident and this facility is hands down the best in the county. The staff make sure the residents are taken care of. most of all, these people are treated like humans. I love the staff like my own family and would think of no place other to have mom cared for. Thank you to the staff! You are all truly great!

Medical care was lacking, she got worse there not better. Cleanliness was lacking. They lost her clothes. Did not have doctors come to see her when there was an obvious need. Did not make sure to have crucial medications when needed.

Response: I too had the same experience, they moved my mother room to room she couldnt adjustto roommates she had so many of them, The weekends was horrid in there not enough staff and the good aides that took care of my mom was quitting, so I decided to move her without most of her clothes beings they got lost took herto another facility where they have great activities and she has had the same room mate since she has been there. She has adjusted well! I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone!
