05/19/2013 An Current/Past Employee Writes: Heartland is always understaffed and the employees are treated horribly. Some patients only receive 1 change per an 8 hour shift. Rude nurses and Rude kitchen staff. One of the worst facility's I've been in.

Declined now due to poor leadership and ridiculous
politics. Many dedicated, hard-working staff has left this facility, jeopardizing pt care.
