If the facility is this bad , why hasn't the State or Onbudsman done any thing about it. Just reading about it. Thank You.

This is the worst place on earth to live. Yes, monthly , price wise it is the least expensive place in Mansfield, Ohio, but remember you really do get what you pay for. Staff is awful and really dose not care for the resident's.

they have had more then a few resident that has laid in their bed all day after passing away because the staff does not check on them and they need to do some major house cleaning and get all new staff that care about taking care of the residents not how much they get paid

This facility is more concerned with money than it is with its residents. Beware.

I am a current resident, (have been for the past 12 yrs). There are a few things stated wrong on this web-site. Diamond View does not manage IV's. Under payment options They accept Medicade, R.S.S. Subsidy and an A.L. Waiver program. As for the price, Please call for a price, this site has the Average Price listed 6x higher than what I pay per month.
