A lot of the aides here are a joke and should not have their license. Aides HIDE in rooms and ignore call lights while they sit on their phones, they SAY they change their residents briefs when they really don't and they REFUSE to help out other residents who aren't theirs. The good aides were left to pick up the pieces and take care of everything. Don't get me wrong, they aren't all bad. There are some pretty amazing people on 1st shift but that's about it. And the nurses there, (again, not all but quite a few) WOW are they rude. They could care less about aides and residents. They do their rounds and then sit. If you aren't on a nurses good side, then you're screwed.
