This place does not have enough staff to care for the patients. It's sad that you have to ask someone to put you in the bed 4 to 5 times when you been sitting up for 4 hours or more and their response is I have to get someone to help me and they never return. I can't wait for my family member to be out of here. We will never go back here again it has been a bad experience all around. Even talked to the administrator. The lady who said don't ask the nurse anything is telling the truth. No one communicates here.

I like this place way better than Heartland. I got treated better than I have in other places. Therapy was great in helping me get back into walking. The aides were great and very attentive to my needs. I would like to say Thank You for all the kindness and hard work in getting me back on my feet.

I would like to take this time to let the staff at Arbors at Oregon and The Willows know hom much I appreciate everything they have done for me. You have taught me to get my life back by teaching me to have confidence in myself, and for that reason alone, I can walk again. I want to give special thanks to all the therapists for making this happen. May God bless you.

My grandmother was admitted because she fell and broke her hip..She was admitted into willows 4 days after her surgery, and 3 days later she passed away..She was fine and coherant in the hospital, but once she arrived at Willows it was not the same..I asked for them to give her pain medication, because at 11:00 am she had not recieved any all day, then finally after I asked a 3rd time the nurse finally came in at 3:30..The main clerk at the desk was very rude, and short with our family..She was very condescending towards us. I understand that she has been doing her job for 10 +years, but with our grandmother we had questions, how dare we ask any was the attitude we recieved..
I am not saying that she died because she was at Willows, but I do feel that our grandmother, and our family could have recieved better care than we did..

Response: I did not mean to give them 3 stars...They get 2 from me tops...
