Never have I been so disappointed with the care of my family. The nurse unit manager gave her wrong meds, expired meds and also for 5 days never mixed her antibiotics correctly and infection came back. The management are disgusting judgmental gossipers that don't care about patients only the money they get from each bed being occupied.

My neighbor just returned home from a stay at Tuscany and I've heard nothing but good things from them. Thank you for putting your patients first and do everything you can to help them feel comfortable. We will highly recommend you to anyone in need. Thank you!!

The care my mother has gotten from Tuscany Gardens has been wonderful. The staff is caring and prompt in coming to her aid. They answer our questions quickly and, if they don't know the answer, they find out. The nurses' aides have become friends, and we appreciate their not only their care but their friendliness and smiles. The physical and occupational therapy has been so good for my mother's overall strength, and we appreciate not only the therapists expertise but also their optimistic manner. We highly recommend Tuscany Gardens.

My 83 year old mother was admitted to Tuscany from a hospital for rehab 1 1/2 years ago. She is now a long term care resident. The rehab was excellent. The building is beautiful and very clean. The staff in my mother's unit provides her with excellent care. My sister and I do not hesitate to ask any question of the unit staff or the administration and they are always very helpful and willing to listen. We highly recommend Tuscany and are thankful for this wonderful facility and the people who run it.

i have never met such a horrible facility. not only were the Nursing Assistants rude to my family and I, they were not taking proper measures to make sure my family member was in good health. they were left with bed sores, depends filled with feces up to the waist.. i highly advise no one to have a family member here, if you do keep a close eye on the staff

I am a past resident. I entered completely paralyzed after 3 weeks in hospital. 2of those weeks in coma. their care and therapy over 7 weeks brought me back to walking and functioning on my own. I am home and very thankful they would not give up on me or let me quit.

My Mom was there for therpy after back surgery. She needed to have extra care and a lot of help. I was with her everyday to help her as I could. The nursing staff is very compassionate and the Aides are wonderful as well. The only complaint my Mom had was the food quality but they were in the middle of changing that as well. I was not afraid to leave her there at night alone, I knew she was in good hands.

Understaffed, cannot give proper care, and issue the wrong medications as my friend was given diabetic medicine and he is not diabetic and almost died. Spent an additional seven days in the hospital. When I called to talk to the Administrator he never returned my calls and I called nine times. If you send a loved one hear, plan to arrange the funeral, as they will kill him.

Do not clean rooms or make beds. Leaves dirty bath water in the sink. Does not help family member with daily cleaning of them selves. Such as teeth brushing and combing hair. Sure do not know often he gets showers,he smells bad and his hair is always greasy, face is most of the time unshaved. The hair stylist is charging for more haircuts than actually doing. Also she does not do the haircuts by the time she says she will. I could go on but the more I think of it just makes me very upset. I put my father in there to get the extra help he needs and is not. Also the personel is very unsocialable, for example I can walk by 5 people who work there and maybe one will even acknowledge you. Also you can stand at the nurse's desk and they just ignore you like you are not even standing there. For a newer facility I sure see it going down hill.

Response: Totally agree, do not change beds or help with night clothes. Poor management and they over charge Medicare for services they do not administer. Cannot get the manager to return a call, shows the intelligence level we are dealing with. I am filing a complaint with the State of Ohio and Medicare charging them with fraud.

Response: Under new ownership, new administrator, trying to weed out and improve! Great Therapy team!
