How in the world Hillcrest is rated with 3 stars is beyond me. The place is nightmarish. My mother was there for less than 3 hours before I had her moved. I was swatting gnats from her face. There was a dead cockroach in the hallway, dirty cat and dog wandering the halls. The beds are from the 40s or 50s maybe - no electric. The aid that was trying to assist my mother looked like she might be a resident and did not identify herself to me. The woman in my mom's room was on a very loud respirator and she aspirated twice while we were there for the few hours. It was horrendous. Scary.
