If you want to make a hard time in your life even worst then by all means use this facility. Our mother was at this facility for approximately 12 days before she passed. Within two days of her passing, on a Sunday around noon, the lady from their facility called demanding payment. We told her that we didn’t want to talk about that at the moment. Within the next couple of days we received a letter from their collections agency. So within 19 days of our mother being put in their facility, she had passed and we were already turned into collections before her first bill was to be due. The nursing staff at the facility was caring and paid attention to the needs of our mother but the lady that handles their billing was an absolute nightmare. Before I would ever refer anybody to use that facility the billing lady would have to be fired and Heartland would need to look at their billing procedures.
