At last check, the facility had 126 residents indicating that it is 97% occupied which is about average within the state of Ohio. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident and family counseling services.

why would you put someone in this place they smell are dirty and treat the residents like crap they steal their personal property and apparently dont know when a power of attorney comes in play try to tell people they arent allowed to call or receive calls or visitors this is nuts

my son in law is in this place the staff is rude and no one is allowed to call or visit him this is against the law they are talking mean to him and his needs are being neglected they should not be able to have anyone in their doors the staff is short with you and makes you feel stupid we are moving him out this weekend to another facility and i am reporting this to the state and news paper the media will love this one
