they didnt clean the room for 4 days feces was left on the toilet seat for days, floor wasnt swept, they pinched his skin while they were trying to lift him and it left a bruise and the director of nursing said dont worry about it unless it happens a bunch of times, they kept giving him milk when he is allergic to it and had a bracelet that said so, I told them he wanted gravy for his mashed potatoes so they brought him a bunch of butter, they wouldnt come for like 20 minutes when the nurse light was on, left him in his vomit and feces for over a half an hour, they threatened to put a lien against our farm because they said we refused to pay our bill when we didnt refuse, one time he was throwing up and they said they would be in after they took a phone call, gave him meds in a syringe and about a million other things

Response: I wouldn't take my dog ther... Always under staffed, dressings are never changed.. Why cause they are way under staff...they can't keep anyone.. Corporate has been ther for 8 months and are suppose to be getting it up to staff. but they treat them like @#$% so they quit. If I was in the Corporate Office I would fire all the so called know it alls. And get someone in ther that will work with the employees. Instead of paying hi dollar for these sorry @#$% Corporate people they have ther now... A Cap is coming for this place, or a shut down because of the Corporate @#$% D.O.N. that they have here.... She would be the 1st to go..and if I was a Stock holder I would fire her @#$% ASAP. I'm sure this will be screened and won't make it out ther, but I hope someone sees it from Worthington
