My dad has been in the Goerlich Center since February, 2008. I have found the following positives: nurses who know his case and keep me update on his condition a very knowledgable doctor who oversees his case a framework for an excellent program Unfortunately I have also seen some negatives I feel as though the aides are overworked and not well supervised I would like to see more aides for these people so that small grooming and activities are not sometimes missed I would like a vistor's lounge where I could visit with my dad in a pleasant atmosphere; I have written a complaint letter on this in Feb. and for a few weeks there was improvement but right now their visitor's lounge looks uninviting and mostly like a storage area I would like to see improvements to a topnotched facility that I thought I was getting for my father Sue Lancaster
