Food is disgusting, the meat you can't cut or chew. They don't clean people very good after a BM, leave a BM rag on a eating tray Coffee cart is filthy, Air con Is filthy. Toilet don't flush good, sink slow draining. You can put in a complaint and they never listen for months now. Can't have certain food but they still will put it on the tray. At 7 thousand a month they need to get better food for these people and better care. I find only 4 aide's that are great, Nurse's are friendly and do there job.

Response: I so agree about the food! It is nasty and not even fit for a dog to eat. Also takes in Alzheimer's patience when they're not even equipped for those kind of patients. Patients don't get the care they need and the aids are lazy as hell.

05/12/2012  -  An OurParents User Writes:

Poor response to calls for nurse--average 30-40+ minutes. Nutrition: "we're out of that [food item] so no one got it today," with no substitution given or offered other than high sugar/calorie artificial fruit drinks to meet required calorie intake. The only positive was the aide assigned. I would avoid this place.
