User Reviews

04/22/2009  -  An OurParents User Writes:

I second that first review, but their sister facility (Arbors/Sylvania) is just as bad. The stnas act like they are forced to be there and the administration is out of the box when it comes to concerns. Our love one is has had staph frequently and left in soiled clothing for 5 hours. The bathroom is always dirty (feces on toilet) and there is always dried up blood on the floors. The stnas talk loudly and boldy how they can't stand working there and they aren't answering any call lights. I have heard them tell patients to shut up and mind their own business and they always appear to be sitting down or congregating in the hallways. They do not greet you when you visit and the administration is frequently rude as well. People think because of its location, it would be fine, but do NOT be fooled! I would not recommend this facility or Arbors/Toledo to anyone! They both stink and I do mean that figuratively!
