This is the WORST place you could ever take a family member for care. The nurses are awful, lazy, rude. The management is even worse. The very basic needs of patients are not met. It's dirty, clothes and personal items are lost or stolen on a daily basis. They don't provide help to patients that need it -- my mother laid in wet/dirty clothing for hours, without any aides or nurses on the floor to assist. They are very under-staffed and truly don't care about the patients for the families. At $9000 out of pocket per month, we expected so much more.

Very Negative attitudes from most nurses.Comments to management are a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.It seemsike a terribly miserable ace to work,as the staff appears very unhappy.
I feel Sorry for those people who do not have Anyone to advocate for them.

Nurses are snotty and lazy.General attitude of nurses is poor.Staff seems unhappy, especially the nurses. My mother was in skilled nursing in 2009 and again in 2013.The care she received was decent ( not great) in 2009,however is declined in 2013.I can not stress enough how little compassion the nurses have.I had the feeling this was a horrible Place to work because you won't see a friendly face, see a smile or hear a warm inviting voice from staff. The nurses seem truly miserable and are completely uncaring .If any of my family I need to go back to skilled nursing or rehab they most definitely will not be going here !

If grandpa or grandma is rich and you want their inheritance send them here, their lack of care and compassion will send them to an early grave. Their untrained and uncaring staff and greedy owners make for a horrible place. Do not be fooled by the pretty buildings.

    would not recommend!!

This facility only looks beautiful. The care is poor. If you lose the grooming items or it accidently gets thrown away; when they give you when you first arrive, youare charged for any additional items. In other facilites, if you need an item, then they give it to you; even if you need more than one. I heard the staff, giving a tour to a family, say that medicaid doesn't pay for therapy and if therapy is needed, it is private pay. This is not true- Medicaid does pay for therapy, it's very little, but they do pay for therapy. My dad was there after his surgery and with the care he received for three weeks he requested to go to another facility. Medicare was paying for his stay there. The staff told us that if we went to another facility, then Medicare wouldn't pay for the other facility. I called the other facility and asked if this were true, I was told this is not true. Medicare would and did pay. It took over 40 mintues for someone to answer the call light and that was the shortest wait. Dad was very unhappy there. Dad's only nice experience he had there was the therapy. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
