User Reviews

You can rely on being awaken at all times of the night by laughter, slamming door and lights being turned on, If you want to get help, hit the call button and wait 20 or 30 minutes for help to arrive, The staff is overworked regularly which is miraculous they can be so kind and cheerful, Pass-the=buck managerial style abounds. The management should have to sleep here or try to,,, every night.

The have bad administration and are under-staffed during the evening and night shifts. They care more about appearance than resident care.
