Five apartment styles are available, each featuring a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, private bathroom with shower, wall-to-wall carpet and individually controlled heating and air conditions.

Hospitality stays for up to 30 days are available for residents who wish to come to Windsor House at Liberty Arms on a trial basis or for a respite stay. Tours are available on a daily basis, including weekends. "
