My mother was transferred by ambulance 3 times between March 2013 & November 2013 for nothing more than an untreated urinary tract infection and dehydration. They would put a huge plastic jug filled with water with a lid on it on her night table to satisfy the state's requirement; but, would not give her frsh juice & milk I left each week for her. Dr Brasher (? spelling of name) thinks dimentia patients are not in pasin...they just think they're in pain. What a nightmare. My mother's white cell count was 20,000 & sodium level was 163 when last checked in to the hospital. She threw-up 3 days before they admitted her the last time...they did not call me to let me know there were any issues until it was too late. We burried my mother in December.

This place should be shut down AND St. John's ought to be ashamed of themselves for even being associated with this place. It was dirty, my mother laid in her own fecal matter for hours, they denied it, by it has to be hours if it's dryed on the skin, I was in room and timed when she rang for them 15-20 minutes is to long to wait for someone to answer. Granted the food was good though, she did gain weight, and the kitchen personal were the most helpful, kind, courtious people. Kudos to them for a wonderful job.
