Response: I have to Agree, I have had nothing but bad experiences with Duncan Regional. I won't take my family there, we drive somewhere else. I would NEVER, and I mean NEVER EVER, schedule something major with them.

Response: Hello, my name is Roger Neal, VP-CIO at Duncan Regional Hospital. Looking over the reviews of our hospital I ran across your comments and would like the opportunity to discuss the issues you have with our service. We try very hard to take care of our patients and their families and strive to be the best in everything we do. If you would contact me at 580.251.8938 or [email protected], I would love to hear about you experience and what we could do to correct issues that we have within our organization.
If you would rather speak to our Patient Advocate, please contact Kathy Deevers ([email protected] or 580.251.6897 and she would be happy to talk about your concerns as well).
We look forward to hearing from both of you and thank you for helping us with your information.
