Only so-so. They describe lots of services and resources, but didn't follow up with much. They did an adequate job, but seem overwhelmed and too busy to really "spoil" their clients like they claim they will. You can probably get more compassionate care from a hospice with more staff and resources. Do your research on several groups before taking the plunge with this one.
