If you have an ounce of love for your family member, do not put them in Grace in Norman. I have never understood how anyone who works in a healthcare setting, who is supposed to be there to help, listen, understand, and have compassion for those who are sick, confused and in need could go home and sleep at night after treating patients the way my family member was treated at Grace Living Center in Norman. I wont go into the poor care due to it would take several hours and pages to tell all that took place while they were in the care of Grace. I was in the process of moving them but could not even get them to the car before EMSA had to be called. After almost a week in the hospital they were able to be moved, but it was almost too late. When the ambulance arrived a blood pressure could not even be monitored at that time. Thanks to EMSA getting them to the hospital in time they are alive today, so if you love someone and they need skilled nursing or long term care, DO NOT take them to GRACE LC Norman.
