This is not a safe place for anyone with dementia or Alzheimer's. It is assisted living and there's not much assistance. Poor once a week cleaning. Food its horrible and all processed food. No rns.

Response: "Assisted" would not include intense care that Alzheimer patients require. A person in assisted living should be able to care for themselves and their rooms with a little assistance. Would not require daily cleaning help, just the heavier stuff. As to food, I used to cook in assisted living centers, and I'm a great cook. But I don't expect that in an institution. I'd fix my own.

Staff is rude and generally does not care for patients on their skilled hall! I would discourage anyone looking into this skilled unit! Grace living in bethany much better for skilled!

I visited this home on the same day I visited Sequoyah Pointe. I was disappointed. The building had an unpleasant odor on the day I was there. The building seems closed in and cramped. The staff were not friendly and the people living there did not seem to be enjoying life? I know it is a Baptist home and that is why I was disappointed, I guess I expected a professional and caring staff in a pleasant environment and that is not what I observed.
