12/20/2012 An Current/Past Resident Writes: I curren tly reside here and am looking for a new home. Some of the nurses and aides are wonderful people but they are kept very understaffed. The upper management and owners care nothing for the residents. If you are unable to speak for yourself you will be treated poorly especially on 3-11 shift. When residents file a grievance nothing is done about it. My roommate seldom receives a shower or bedbath because she is unable to protest. Even the doctor asked why she smelled so bad on his last visit. Residents are left lying in urine and the food is horrible. Dishes are dirty and most of staff does not wash their hands between patients. Also had a termite outbreak a few months ago and a problem with bedbugs recently. Overall this is not the place you want your loved ones to live.

11/10/2011 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: Paula the social worker is absolutely no help. I am not for sure she does anything for the patient and doesn't notify the patient's family until after the patient has been discharged 4 days prior and informs me I need to have my family member out immediately and his insurance will not cover past his date of discharge from the SNF. Paula you failed the patient by not doing discharge planning or notifying family. Hope to never deal with her again.
