05/12/2016  -  An Interested Visitor Writes:

The staff is for the most part only interested in chatting with one another and most do their best to 'run errands' and be to busy to actually help the residents. There are a few exceptions but I don't know why they continue to work there. The management staff is totally incompetent. Mom was there for 5 months before I got them to send us an invoice and they are trying to get me to pay for things above and beyond the daily rate even though they will agree that the daily rate is all I owe.

08/20/2012  -  An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes:

My mother has been a resident for the past few months and the care is nominal at best. The whole place smells of urine except for the one week there were inspections. Her oxygen tank is almost always empty when I arrive no matter the time of day or night. The room is small and very crowded. There has been no water or toilet in a majority of the bathrooms for several days now. I don't recommend it at all.
