User Reviews

As a hospice nurse who visits many places in Tulsa I can assure you! that this is one of the most poorly run horrific facilities I have ever been in. I feel so sorry for the patients here who got little or no care while the administration hides behind the assisted living designation as if that is an excuse for neglect.

I believe that there are employees within this organization that truly care about the residents and then there are some that are obliviuos to what the term "care" means. This facility does not have a seperate staff for cleaning, the aides that tend to yor loved ones also have to perform other duties which includes cleaning. This takes time away from the care of loved ones. Issues can be difficult to get answered timely and consistently. It just feels that at time it's a constant battle to stay on top of the care for my family member. Having to check and double check to make sure things get done or taken care of.
