Yes I agree with the last statement this place is a dump they will not hire enough CNA's to cover the care for the residents The Residences just another head in the bed

Response: This place is horrible they mistreat the residents they mistreat their CNA's they fire good cna's and keep the bad CNA's that will keep their dirty little secret.the owners don't want good change they rather keep everything like it is so that it looks like it's the cna's and nurses are the one to blame. When that's just a cover up to hide their dirty little secrets. Yes the owner and his wife!!! ????.They don't provide the caregivers with the supplies they need for the residents. Whenever their short on something their solutions is cut back on staff start from the highest paided on down. It's not the caregivers fault for the bad care it's the owners fault for not providing them with the proper tools they need to provide good's all about saving a Buck with them they say they don't have money to give employees rises nor do they have money for supplies or food that the residents actually like but they can buy new furniture for the lobby waiting area. This is not a good place to work or leave your love one's.

Response: This place is a mess there's never enough staffing to care for the residents. they rather lay off good employees just to save a buck or two.Everytime I visit my family members. Administration is always rude or outside smoking. The Don, The administrator they tell you what you want to hear just to get your family members in their facility. Than when they get them in their it's like having your love one in a zoo. Everytime theirs a problem they blame it on their cna's. The owner and his wife is just as crazy. Think twice before putting your love one's in this facility. Talk to the residents and cna's before making a decision. there was a bad incident today because their was not enough staff.

Only time you see the owners is when state's their. Theirs No professionals at all with administration They Just talk crazy to the staff and residents. The owners wife is very crazy one day she likes you the next day she hates you she Stokes her employees. I give a standing ovation to the CNA's. And Nurses that's still their trying to stick it out with this company cause I know alot of you really care about these residents so I Thank you.To people who is looking to Put their love one's in this facility please seek other options. When my dear father needed some rehab we chose colonial Manor, we were given this wonderful tour, and the Don and everyone else raved how wonderful this place was, how your family member would be treated like one of their own, this place needs to be Shut Down!!! I have never seen such an uncaring, unresponsible, neglectful, inhumane, place as this. Thie staff need to be Fired!!! The aids have No business getting close to defenseless human beings!! My dear father came out in the worst shape I have ever seen, because of his Care here, this place should be ashamed!!!! Never never....even think of going here, I feel so bad for the poor residents that have no family, they are totally at the mercy of these so called care givers!!! Nothing but a bunch of insensitive, liars!!!!

TO EVERYONE WHO reads this , befor you put your family in colnial manor, please think twice! would you feed your family cold nasty food ,sit in urine and BM.and be verbely abused, also think about your family member not being bathed but once a week if that. plese dont let the DON FOOL you when you come take a tour, they will lie to you and tell anything just to make money off you, they refer to this as just another head in the bed. at nite there is usaly 1cna for 25 residents becuse of this some fall getting out of beds and hurt themselvs severly , a broken bone ,hip skull you name it,iv seen it . also the rooms are dirty and most stink they try to mask the oder with parfume and room spray that bothers most of the residents . with so much work load on the employes ,they are rude to the residents. also they are to cheep to hire reel superviser ,they take cnas of the floor and call them team leaders , aka profesianl bullies and thives. they think they can say and do as they wish , bullie the nurses and cnas and ripoff the residence!

I totally agree with the last review 100%!! This is an awful place, my mother was there for physical therapy, after a partial leg amputation. My mother was on a lot of medications that made her halucinate and was trying to get out of bed, I asked the nurse if they could put an alarm on her bed, so she wouldn't fall out, but I was told they would need a doctors order first, this was on a Friday night around midnight, so needless to say, family stayed with her around the clock the short time she had to stay in this awful place. I also agree about the food being terrible, shame on the owner of this place. If this food is not good enough to feed your own family, it is certainly not good enough to feed the people you are making a living off of! The bed sheets are threadbare and patched, people are not friendly. Also my mother was supposed to be transferred from bed to wheel chair using a hoyer lift, but one of the stupid aides actually thought she was going to physically lift my mother from bed to chair, because as she said, "I can bench press 300 pounds". Thankfully we were there to stop her, and had to insist on her getting the lift. Do not put anyone you care for in this place!

Response: I WAS EMPLOYED there for three yrs, it was horible working conditions, the owner didnt care about the employies let alone the residents.I would put my family there eaither.i finely got smart and left that dump! i dont recommend that place to anyone they put so much heavy work load on me and turned around talked crazy to me , no vaction , no raise . the place is also dirty!

Response: I was a patient there from knee surgery in May. It was so so then but was in there again back in July and went from bad to worse. I was phycially assaulted by a nurse aid and yelled at by the administration and also by 2 RNs. I would not ever go there again. One patient got by yelling and verbally abusing me by telling me to go to my room. I was told by personnel would b best for me to stay in my room to keep down trouble. I was in rehab and the rehab was so bad I ended up being yelled at by 1 of the therapist and I the worse therapy. This place is for the pigs to wallow in. It stinks.

This is a horrible place to put your loved one. My family member was here for only two weeks before we got her out. Very short staffed, employees are very unfriendly and uncaring. The morning nurse is absolutely hateful. The night staff did absolutely nothing, my loved one was always soaking wet or laying in her own waste when we came in in the morning. The bed linens are threadbare, and several times my loved one had no pillowcase. She was given one washcloth the day she arrived, and I had to wash it out in the sink every day for a week before they brought another one. She was not bathed on a daily basis. The food is garbage!!!! The window did not lock, and it is not exactly in a good part of town. The rooms were only swept, the toilet and sink were not cleaned the entire two weeks she was there. I could go on but you get the idea. Do not put anyone you love in this place!!!
