My parents are there. Worst decision we ever made to put them there. Mgmt gives many excuses why good care doesn't happen. No one takes responsibility to give good care. Take my advice, look elsewhere.

On my Saturday visit, there was no one there to show the facility to me except the chef (who was very nice, but new and didn't know all of the answers). He showed me the memory care unit which was very disturbing: the staff was all sitting around the kitchen and didn't even acknowledge that we were touring; the smell of human urine was overwhelming; all of the doors to the resident's rooms were open and they were all sleeping (1:30 p.m.). No one was working with any resident, no one seemed to care. Wouldn't leave a cat there (and I don't have a cat).
