User Reviews

06/26/2011  -  An OurParents User Writes:

I have found that Mrs. Betterton's homes tend to be understaffed for the level of care their residents need. The turnover rate is high, which is concerning to the residents who do well with continued care. I have observed this in two of the three homes that I have toured. I would NOT recommend Mrs. Betterton's homes simply because I would not feel comfortable leaving my parents there. I would be concerned about how much attention my mom or dad would truly get and how consistant the staff can be with all of the constant new hires.
