This facility has improved over the past few years. As a provider my job takes me there often. The care is good and cleanliness keeps improving through remodeling. I prefer this facility to some of the larger new care facilities in the Salem area.

This facility has good nurses and bad management.
The management only cares about costs and not the patients. I have worked in several facilities and have never seen such bad customer service from management. The food is sub-standard and there are not snacks available during the night if the patients become hungry. A lot of peanut butter and jelly. I would never send a family member there.
