My father lived at Arbor Place for several years. There is very high staff turnover, including the administrator, but everyone always seemed genuinely helpful and caring. As someone else mentioned, they were chronically understaffed and for that reason we paid for a private caregiver to come in and help my father get his day started. When my father passed away, all the Arbor Place caregivers who were working came into the room to pay their respects. The staff were so sweet and gentle with him while he lived there that in spite of its problems, and because I don't think anyplace is problem free, I would recommend Arbor Place to others.

Arbor Place is an upscale Assisted Living facility, beautifully decorated and and serves wonderful meals.
The PROBLEM with this facility is they are constantly UNDERSTAFFED and UNABLE to provide resident's needs in a timely manor. This IS NOT somewhere I would place a family member.

I have seen how this facility is ran and under its current administration I can confidently say that the executive administrator has no business being there nor does he care about the residents. Problems have been brought to his attention before and continued to go "unnoticed" until the issue could potentionally look bad on him personally and then he did something about it...it wasn't always the right decision either.
