Pacific Retirement Svc is an average sized, not for profit, nursing home with 72 beds based in Medford, OR. At last check, the facility had 39 residents indicating that it is 54% occupied which is about average within the state of Oregon. The provider accepts only medicare, and provides resident counseling services.

The Rogue Valley Manor has a spacious, remarkable campus and is defined as a "Continuing Care Retirement Community." Its residents, numbering over 1,000 total, are extremely proactive and believe in their community, both within the confines of the property as well as the local population of the Rogue Valley. The Manor itself has been well received by national analysis, and has one several awards for the design and function of their facilities. It is remarkable for its Health Center, which has its own doctor and at least two geriatric nurses on shift every day. The dining services have also been well received, boasting some of the best chefs in the Pacific Northwest and constant fresh food daily. The parent company, Pacific Retirement Services, is a nonprofit company that either owns or directly manages a total of 43 facilities across the west coast, as well as Wisconsin and Texas. The facility indicated in this case, at Mira Mar Ave in Medford, is the Rogue Valley Manor, and is the pride of the parent company.
