My father has unfortunately been in this facility for about 3 weeks. They are supposed to check on him every 15 minutes, they don't even come close to that. They are supposed to watch him take his meds, we have come in and found them on the floor. We have come in and found him with no blanket on him or on the bed and shivering with cold. He has been left to lay in his own feces for up to 20 -30 minutes because no one came with he pressed the button for a nurse. We have had many many issues with this facility and my sister, who is also a nurse, is filing a formal complaint.

This is one of the worst nursing homes in Massachusetts. The director is so rude, the nurses don't seem to know what they're doing with their patients, and the aids are so lazy. I am a nurse and I visit my grandma there in the afternoon from time to time, and I can back these up with first hand information. If you love your relative, find another place. I did!
