Resident rights are being violated. Phone calls are not private and are monitored or recorded. Most food is not editable or even nutritious causing starvation. Some of the staff appears to be high on drugs. There seems to be a true lack of care for peoples needs. There are many unsanitary conditions; they could use some mandatory training for all employees, and supervision from the health department.
