I know a few people who work there and they say the same thing.
Residents are hoisted, requiring two aids, but the aids didn't like my friend, so they wouldn't help her with the lifts. They walk away when asked for help and there's an aid who threatens and forces the residents to do things even if they don't want to. It's sad that the management would let these things happen. My friend is referred to as the B.word, because she follows the rules and safety regulations.

Response: If your friend is witnessing residents being neglected, threatened or forced to do things by staff, then as an employee he/she is legally obligated to report it under the Elder Justice Act. I don't see how making broad accusations and spreading gossip on the internet is going help the residents there or your friend.
