My mother spent about 2 months at this facility during the Fall/Winter of 2010-2011 for rehab to recover from congestive heart failure. I was not impressed by the staff, Physical Therapy facility, their attention to patients, nor their food menu for patients. Sunday dinner every week consisted of hotdogs for patients. Not something I would feed anyone who has a history of high blood pressure. For me this facility did not merit higher than a star rating of 2. I will not use this facility ever again in the future.

we found that this facility was not suitable. They were neglectful in my family member's care, never gave medication on time, when called for assistance, left the patient for about an hour before they would help, patient would have to scream to get someone's attention. This patient was there for rehabilition after surgery and had all of her mental capabilities. Upon arrival, it took the nursing supervisor 3 days to see her and go over her chart. The in-house doctor only saw the patient 1 time, and was always to "busy" to see the patient. This patient was admitted to the hospital again from their lack of care.
