I moved my daughter to this facility ONLY because it was closer to my home. It was a terrible experience from the beginning. There is absolutely NO communication through the channels for care. The nursing aides did not take good care of her personal hygiene or do the things they promised to do. Would NOT recommend this facility for a loved one!

After only 3 days at this "HOME" my father was in my opion over medicated to death. 3 Days! The place does stink of urine and other human waste. The staff was unable to give me any straight answers about why my father was incohierent since the first day he arrived or how much of his medication they had been giving him. I would never let anyone you care about at all be submitted to this whole in the wall. There is maybe 25 parking spots for vistitors which made me have to park across the street in a no parking area. The nursing staff is laughing and carrying like my fathers death was just another one for the day to them. WOULD NOT LET ANYONE YOU HAVE ANY FEELINGS FOR BE ADMITTED TO BRINTON MANOR!

Response: Funny how the Medicare ratings are much higher than the actual people who have dealt with them. Such a horrible experience!

Response: I wish I had read your review before sending my parent there. Even a PT person told me in conversation that he/she was so surprised that my parent is so much more worse now than when they came to Brinton Manor. I can only say the problems are from the management, from the doc., NP, soc.wrkr on down. The nurses I have dealt with have been extremely professional. Some of the aids, also. LIfe has become so sad for me parent.

This place is an absolute prison. I would not send a wounded, rabid pit bull here to this establishment. To all the children ( were grown ups now but will always be children to our parents) who are now caring for their elderly parents: DO NOT SEND YOUR PARENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DIE. This is a filthy establishment that should be shut down.

Response: I understand where you are coming from! I totally agree. The only thing worse than Brinton Manor is COSA. Stay positive and hopefully your parent will spend the last years of their life in peace and not in this prison. Stay Strong and Keep God in your heart.

Response: I'm glad I read your rewview! Looking for a good place for my mother-in-law who has dementia (93) We live in Texas and have spent 2 weeks with no luck! Heard of somewhere that has a good care giving staff that's clean???? Know anything about Chester Valley?

Response: I had my mother here once. The hallways always smell like @#$%. Most of the nurses were some what rude.
