Horrible horrible horrible I would never recommend anybody to take their family member there. My grandfather has been there for two weeks and can't get someone to come to his room we pretty much have to have family there and all ours except for overnight. He's gotten bedsores that haven't been treated has been left and dirty diapers even though he can go on the toilet with help but nobody answers his call button. For heaven sake what if it was an emergency like actual medical emergency the place needs shut down. Cleanliness is horrible. The only way you get help for your family member there is if you're constantly asking over and over again for what you need. I actually had to call adult protective services. They try to sell the place to you as amazing but I would go in and speak to some of the patients before Even considering letting somebody be there for rehab or long term.

Response: I'm here now after I had open heart surgery n hip surgery this place is awful I wait hours for my meeds I never get them on time the food is bad the staff is rude n they r understaffed the doctors don't care about any thing I got to say I have never felt so unimportant in my life

Horrible does not describe this place it is a pieced together old farm house with dirt everywhere. The staff are overworked and undereducated. Takes hours for anyone to answer a call light and the nurses don't see a person declining in health until it is too late. Stay Away

Just visited my mother-in-law at this facility. Horrible, horrible place! She has fallen two times even though she has an alarm to alert staff when she gets out of bed. Originally came for rehab for a broken hip and my brother-in-law decided to keep her at the facility due to her dementia. She broke her other hip while she was at the facility. We live out of state so this was our first visit back in a couple months. She was dirty, in her pajamas all day and they even forgot to give her dinner. This place should be closed down!!!!

This is a horrible, horrible place. My wife spent 20 minutes ringing for an aide to take her to the bathroom. She finally had to call someone on the phone, who called the nursing home to tell them to walk 10 steps down the hall to where the patient was calling out.
With one or two notable exceptions, the overall attitude is one of impatient defensiveness. Patients are treated with a minimum of respect. My wife was there for 2 1/2 days and we decided to take our chances at home.
