01/29/2014 An Interested Visitor Writes: For the money they charge you'd think you put your loved one in a palace. Evertime I go I think what a dump, hope to have her moved soon.

01/12/2014 An Interested Visitor Writes: Patient came home with raw, bleeding bottom. Dried feces were stuck to surrounding areas. Staff was rough at times, left patient in wet bed from urinating. Patient was treated very poorly by some staff. Forgot several times to put alarm back on bed or chair. Family had to initially insist on an alarm though it being obvious that patient was a fall risk. May have fallen at least once, will never be certain. Some staff kinder than others and more willing to help. Thank You God, patient is home.
