User Reviews

04/29/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

VERY HIGH TURNOVER OF CAREGIVING STAFF- causes lack of consistent care for residents in Skilled Nursing
NURSES/AIDES on 12hr Shifts- Not good for patients or staff.
Often must resort to using temporary Agency nurses, unfamiliar with patients' needs, to fill in when regular staff calls out "sick" (from working 12 hr days)
