I had worked here and was not inprest with how the staff treated the resident I love my residents but I was not going to work in place where they ignored there residents

My grandmother recently had a stroke and was placed at Audubon Villa receiving hospice care. This was the second time she had a stay here, as earlier this year she had a heart attack and needed to be rehabilitated to go home. We were so grateful that she was able to go back to Audubon Villa. She remembered the staff and they remembered her. Over the 3-1/2 weeks that she was at Audubon Villa the last time, the staff was very kind to my family and worked around one (or more) of us being there the majority of the waking day. They let my grandmother pass with the dignity that she deserved, and truly showed that they cared about her through their thoughts and actions.
