User Reviews

PLEASE do not put your loved one in this facility! When my family member entered, it was family owned and much more patient oriented. They were bought out by a big corporation. It is now a free for all as far as the employees and administration go. The place is filthy, most of the staff is lazy and dishonest and could care less about the well being of the residents, and are disrespectful to the family members. The residents are medicated to the point they are zombies, and are encouraged to relieve themselves in their diapers, which is done only 4 x a day. This facility needs to be shut down.

I visit there a couple times a week. Most of the reviews here are from absentee family members. I have found the office personnel friendly and very concerned, you need to inform them of nay concerns that you may have, they will address any issues in a timely manner. Yes, some of the staff should not be working there, the staff knows family members and who visits etc., this makes a difference. You as a family member need to follow up with any facility, you cannot just dump a family member anywhere. The price you pay here is the lowest you will find in the metro area, if you do not like the care, then pay more and move your family member.

Response: You should check again these people are not doing their jobs the sit in a small room and dont move all day. No-one ever checks what patients do they allow them to sit in a what is for a lack of a better room livingroom with a tv and some puzzles they do NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING to stimulate these people do do anything other than just sit. my mother resides their and they dont even make sure she is clean or has changed her clothes. when someone has dsymentia they have no idea that the clothes they took off the day before were the ones they wore the day before. Please people this place is filthy and we must complain that rooms are dirty living area is nothing but rooms to sit in with noone making any effort to stimulate anyone to do anything, such a sad thing these people are friendly only when you are there but dont want to move unless a family member complains

This place is a disgrace. No leadership, 90 % of staff have a very poor attitude. The three ladies in the main office shouldn't be in charge of convicts. No class, how do these people sleep at night?

I have a family member there and have referred others as my family member has done very well. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, they are not perfect but always fix any concern that I have.

Patients are usually sitting around asleep - not enough interaction. Place smells, my relative's bed, room, clothes are a mess. They do not have him/her wash face, or brush teeth. Things are taken from relative's room either by staff or other patients - not looked out for near enough. Disgusted - have to find another place, but worried my relative will have a hard time with a change at this stage of life. :-(

Person who answered the phone 1st time, was not "right" the
2nd time I called to speak w/uncle, female employee got him and I spoke w/him for a minute - then she told me he didn't want to talk
w/me and hung up. I called back to get questions answered and again she told me he didn't want to talk to me and hung up again.
called 3, 4 times after that and an answer machine comes on advising to call back in 15 minutes?Q?Q? Only reason I gave them was 1 star is because I had to and she did answer the phone twice?!?!?
