While at Woodhaven our family member suffered a stroke and a urinary tract infection and had to return to the hospital. The staff did not seem to be aware that his demeanor changed from upbeat and communatative to lethargic and unable to feed himself or use the bathroom on his own. Cold, uneaten food was left in front of him for hours on two occasions that I visited. An evening attendant at the desk was rather unpleasant and short.
I would not be comfortable sending a loved one to this facility in the future.

The quality of care and the sincere compassion my family received from the staff at Woodhaven has been comforting, informative and compassionate. The nurses, aides, and the resident priest, who care and pray for my children's father on a daily basis, have been wonderful in handling this sensitive situation and are respectful to all family members feelings. My ex- husband is terminally ill with no hope of recovery. I can sleep at night knowing he is cared for. Thank You, to all involved in meeting his needs, you people are wonderful.
